2016 Porsche 911 GT3 Clubsport (991)

The Porsche 991 was the seventh generation of the Porsche 911 sports car. It was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2011. The 991 was an entirely new platform, only the third new platform for the 911 since the first car in 1963. Production of the 991 ended in December 2019 with just over 233 000 units produced.

The GT3 variant of the 991 was unveiled at Geneva Motor Show in 2013. Apart from all the normal design elements that makes a GT3 so special the 991 GT3 was also fitted with active rear wheel steering and, for the first time on a GT3 ,the automatic (PDK) gearbox was made available as an option. Power from the 3,8L flat six-cylinder was 349kW with 440Nm torque available at 6 250 rpm. Top speed was 315km/h with zero to 100km/h taking 3,5 seconds!
