The Porsche Cayman is a mid-engine two-seater sports car. The Cayman is based on the second generation Porsche Boxster and the first cars went on sale in late 2005. It is a two door two seater coupe. The designer of the first Porsche Cayman was Pinky Lai.
The normal Cayman was powered by a 2.7 L flat six engine that produced 176 kW or 236 Hp. Because of the mid mounted engine and near perfect weight distribution the Cayman has impeccable handling characteristics.
