The Mini Cooper R53 series were produced by BMW between 2001 and 2006. The Supercharged R53 series retained the considered proportions of the original Mini and managed to deliver a balance of timeless design, racing performance and heritage appeal. The car punched well above its weight in terms of performance and handling.

The Mini Weekend Racers were produced by Dutchmann SA and were inspired by the limited edition 2006 JCW GP. The GP had a unique mix of factory upgrades to the motor, suspension and cabin. All this, plus improved aerodynamics resulted in a more powerful, lighter car with impeccable road holding.

Performance upgrades on the Mini Weekend Racers included improved breathing and mapping options, as well as a light weight clutch and racing cams. For the exterior you could choose between a range of signature Dutchmann colours, complimented by a bespoke leather interior and other upgrades. Wheel choices were between the original 17” Mini GP 4-spoke wheels or a lightweight hand-finished 16” wheel.

This specific car is an older conversion done by Dutchmann.  The car is finished in Crayon with tan leather interior and has done 178 000kms from new.
