1979 Mercedes Benz 450 SLC (C107)
The Mercedes Benz R107 and C107 were sports cars, produced from 1971 to 1989. The SL models were two-seater cabriolets with a removable hardtop. The SLC models were two door hardtop coupes, with normal back seats.
The SLC was the first Mercedes Coupe based on a Roadster and was commonly referred to the as the SL Coupe. The car was replaced in 1981 with the much larger 380SEC and the 500SEC, based on the W126 saloon car. The SLC had a V8 engine, producing 165kW with 377Nm available at 3000rpm.
This specific car is a 1979 450 SLC finished in Daimond blue metallic with beige interior. The car has 146,010kms on the clock, although it is unsure if the mileage is correct. The car has a partial service history. It is fully licensed and on the road, and can be driven as is for many years. It needs some attention and is essentially a project car.
This car represents a great opportunity to get into the classic car market with a very reliable classic car!
