1973 Volkswagen Beetle
The Beetle is a two door, rear-engine economy car, designed to take five occupants. It was manufactured by Volkswagen from 1938 until 2003. It is officially known as the Volkswagen Type 1. Informally and affectionately, it is known all over the world as the Bug. With 21 529 464 cars built the Beetle is the longest running and most manufactured car of a single platform ever made!
This specific car is a 1973 model that has been restored to a very high standard. The mileage is unknown; odometer indicates only 1 905 km since restoration, but it must have clocked over at least once. The standard drum brakes have been replaced with disc brakes front and rear, a really nice upgrade on an old Beetle!
This is a very nice little car, beautifully restored and available at a very attractive asking price.
