The Beetle is a two door, rear-engine economy car, designed to take five occupants. It was manufactured by Volkswagen from 1938 until 2003. It is officially known as the Volkswagen Type 1. Informally and affectionately, it is known all over the world as the Bug. With 21 529 464 cars built the Beetle is the longest running and most manufactured car of a single platform ever made!

This specific car is a 1969 car, almost completely original!  The car is finished in savannah beige with a red interior.  The car has never been restored. Only the two front seats were recovered, and the car has had a blow over in the standard colour. The first owner owned the car for 51 years before selling it to a collector, who never drove the car! It has been well maintained and runs like a dream.
