1974 Volkswagen Beetle

The Beetle is a two door, rear-engine economy car, designed to take five occupants. It was manufactured by Volkswagen from 1938 until 2003. It is officially known as the Volkswagen Type 1. Informally and affectionately it is known all over the world as the Bug. With 21,529,464 cars built the Beetle is the longest running and most manufactured car of a single platform ever made!

This particular car is a 1974 model, and it has done 68,000kms on the odometer. There is a possibility that the odometer might have clocked over but looking at the car and at wear and tear items, this mileage is more than likely true. The car is an original, numbers match car. It has never been restored and has a few marks on the paint. The upholstery and interior are also original, like it came from the factory. This car has beautiful patina with books, spare keys, tools and jack. It is mechanically sound and runs like clockwork.
