2011 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS (997)

The first Porsche 911 GTS was introduced in 2011 as part of the 997-generation model lineup.

The car was more powerful than the standard S model and handled better thanks to a bespoke new suspension design. The GTS was a driver’s car and offered as a more street friendly alternative to the track focused GT3.

The GTS was distinguished from the normal 997 Carrera and Carrera S by:

·        Centre Lock Wheels, painted black

·        Sport Design front bumper

·        GT2 Side skirts

·        Stainless steel “Carrera GTS” door sills

·        Alcantara trim in the interior

·        “GTS” decals and badges.

Both the rear wheel drive and the all-wheel drive models of the GTS came in the wider body, 44mm wider than a standard 911. The car was also 20mm lower and the engine produced 300kW or 408hp.

This specific car is a 2011 model and has done only 19,800 kms with one owner from new. Perhaps most importantly, this car features a gearbox that has three pedals! Also, the car features a Sharkwerks centre muffler bypass that works with the original PSE valves. Finished in white with black interior it also has a full service history from Porsche SA. It is in immaculate, like-new condition!
