1990 BMW 320i Touring (E30)

The BMW E30 was the second generation 3-Series that replaced the E21. It was produced between 1982 and 1994. It received a mid-life update in 1987. The update was so big that these cars are often referred to as Series 2 E30s. One notable update to the model line-up was the addition of the station wagon which was sold as a Touring. The update also included larger taillights, new bumpers and a lot less chrome. Rust protection was also a massive improvement.

This specific car is a 1990 320i Touring Automatic. The 2.0L straight six engine produces 95kW and delivers the power to the rear wheels via a 4-speed automatic gearbox.

Finished in beautiful red paint with a beige cloth interior, the car has had only two owners from new and a substantial history for its 99 000 miles covered. There cannot be many E30 Tourings in South Africa as they were never officially brought into South Africa making this car a rare find.
